About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, efficient, highly skilled California Licensed Civil Engineer (PE) to join our team. This is a project-based, remote position.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise in structural design and code-compliant solutions for both residential and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop structural and civil engineering solutions for residential and commercial projects
Ensure compliance with California Building Code (CBC), ASCE, and other relevant regulations
Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and MEP engineers to ensure seamless project execution
Utilize software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam for design and documentation
Conduct structural analysis and site evaluations to ensure safety and efficiency
Manage multiple projects, ensuring high quality while balancing timelines and budget
What We’re Looking For
California Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Minimum 5 years of U.S. structural design experience
E&O and general liability (GL) insurance
Experience with residential and commercial structural design
Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
Familiarity with CBC, ASCE, and other relevant building codes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
