About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, efficient, highly skilled California Licensed Civil Engineer (PE) to join our team. This is a project-based, remote position.


The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise in structural design and code-compliant solutions for both residential and commercial buildings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop structural and civil engineering solutions for residential and commercial projects

  • Ensure compliance with California Building Code (CBC), ASCE, and other relevant regulations

  • Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications

  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and MEP engineers to ensure seamless project execution

  • Utilize software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam for design and documentation

  • Conduct structural analysis and site evaluations to ensure safety and efficiency

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring high quality while balancing timelines and budget


What We’re Looking For

  • California Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

  • Minimum 5 years of U.S. structural design experience

  • E&O and general liability (GL) insurance

  • Experience with residential and commercial structural design

  • Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D

  • Familiarity with CBC, ASCE, and other relevant building codes

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
