About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Site Compliance Inspector based in or near Menlo Park, CA to support our construction oversight efforts. In this role, you will conduct on-site inspections to evaluate work completed by project managers, ensure compliance with specifications, and help maintain high-quality standards across active projects.

This is a flexible, field-based role, ideal for professionals with a background in architecture and construction supervision, site inspection, or quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and verify compliance with construction plans and specifications

• Review and document the work performed by project managers and subcontractors

• Capture photos and videos to document site conditions, progress, and quality issues

• Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports with observations, recommendations, and follow-up items

• Communicate site findings with company leadership to support project performance assessments

• Ensure that safety practices and quality standards are being followed on-site

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction site inspection, project supervision, or quality control

• Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction standards

• Ability to identify and report on-site deviations, delays, or compliance issues

• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in the field

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Located in or near Menlo Park, CA, with availability for flexible site visits
