About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, hardworking, high-achieving, and detail-oriented Branding & Graphic Design Intern to join our Los Angeles office. You will design a wide range of brand assets from website, print materials, to color palette, name cards and pitch decks, to support the visual and brand identity needs across our architecture, construction, tech, and retail ventures.
This is a hybrid internship, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, designed to provide hands-on experience in design and branding in a multi-industry, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design visual assets for digital and print use across all business units
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams in website design and strengthen our online presence to attract clients and drive sales
Refine company branding and develop visual standards
Create materials such as banners, social graphics, pitch decks, and name cards
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Strong creativity, attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and a good eye for aesthetics
Familiarity with graphic design principles, branding, and visual communication
Proficiency in at least one design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma
Proactive, organized, fast-learner who is able to work independently and in a team setting
Aligned with our high-performing, design-conscious, and hardworking team culture
Familiarity with AI tools is required
Experience in branding or graphic design for business use is preferred

Internship Details
Location: Ocean Ave, Santa Monica (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 3–6 months (Longer-term commitment preferred)
Compensation: Unpaid (CPT or school credit available if required)
Hours: Full-time preferred
