One of our latest initiatives is a partnership with a family-owned beauty & lifestyle business, focused on delivering high-quality products to modern consumers. This internship will focus exclusively on supporting the Retail & Lifestyle division, helping build brand identity, grow our online presence, and attract customers through creative and targeted marketing strategies across various platforms.
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy, high-achieving, and results-driven Marketing & Ads Intern to join our Los Angeles office. You’ll help launch and grow a consumer-facing beauty brand, with a focus on digital storytelling, influencer campaigns, and ad strategies.
This is a hybrid internship with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, designed to provide meaningful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead omnichannel marketing and advertising initiatives, including social media, email, event, outdoor display, PR, retail collaboration
Assist with influencer, UGC, and KOC marketing, including outreach, partnership coordination, and gifting campaigns
Help create social-first content including product photography, videos, and TikTok/Instagram reels
Collaborate on brand development by supporting visual identity, tone of voice, and brand storytelling
Assist in ad campaigns, track and analyze performance
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok), and marketing/sales tools
Strong creative instincts, visual storytelling skills, and a good eye for aesthetics
Proactive, detail-oriented quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Aligned with our hardworking, creative, and high-achieving culture
Familiarity with AI tools is required
Strong interest in beauty, lifestyle, and consumer branding
Experience in consumer products is preferred

Internship Details
