Our As-Built & 3D Scanning Services, part of the Architecture & Construction division, deliver fast, precise, and professional BIM models for architects, developers, and property owners. This team plays a key role in expanding our presence and market share within the architecture sector.
About the Role
We are seeking a hardworking, high-achieving, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Los Angeles office, supporting the growth of our As-Built & 3D Scanning Services. You will gain hands-on experience developing and executing marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, attract leads, and position our services as a key offering in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
This is a hybrid internship with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, designed to provide meaningful learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Support digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, website, and social media
Implement and monitor marketing strategies, including target audience analysis, A/B testing, performance tracking, and budget control
Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and align messaging across inbound and outbound marketing efforts
Research industry trends and competitor positioning to support strategy and differentiation
Contribute to traditional marketing operations including brochures, flyers, and print materials
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Sharp business sense for branding and marketing strategies
Familiarity with platforms and tools for B2B marketing
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, fast learner, able to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Aligned with our hardworking, high-achieving, and growth-driven team culture
Familiarity with AI tools is required
Interest or experience in the architecture, construction, or real estate industry is preferred

Internship Details
Location: Ocean Ave, Santa Monica (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 3–6 months (Longer-term commitment preferred)
Compensation: Unpaid (CPT or school credit available if required)
Hours: Full-time preferred
