About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking, high-achieving, proactive and highly organized Operations & Business Development Intern to support our expanding business across all divisions in Los Angeles. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations, sales support, and administrative management. You will work closely with company leadership, helping to streamline operations, support business development, and optimize daily workflows.
This is an onsite position, providing valuable real-world experience in business management, client relations, and sales strategy within the architecture and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist leadership in business operations, team coordination, and strategic initiatives
Support business development, marketing activities, and project execution
Provide assistance in documents, materials, and administrative records
Be adaptable and proactive in taking various roles
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Be adaptable and proactive in taking various roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Have good energy and enjoy working in a small collaborative team
Tech-savvy—familiar with Google Workspace and spreadsheets, experience or interest in AI-related tools is a plus
Interest in operation, sales, business development, or the architecture/construction industry

Internship Details
