About the Role
We are looking for high-achieving, motivated, results-driven Sales Representatives to help grow our client base across California. You will focus on selling architecture, 3D scanning, and as-built services. This role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives on generating leads, closing deals, and owning the sales process from start to finish.
This is a remote role, offering flexibility in your working schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, cold call, and conduct outreach to generate qualified leads
Schedule and attend virtual or in-person client meetings as needed
Present and promote our AEC service offerings to potential clients, including developers, architects, contractors, and property owners
Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach and pitching to follow-up, negotiation, contract drafting, and deal closing
Track all activity in CRM and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align messaging and client onboarding
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
A true hunter mentality—persistent, self-starting, and focused on closing new business
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing presentation skills
Familiarity with or interest in the architecture, construction, or real estate industry
Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team
Must be based in California and available for occasional local field meetings
