With over 100 active projects in residential, commercial, and mixed-use development, our Architecture & Construction divisions are rapidly expanding in the Los Angeles area.


About the Role

We are looking for high-achieving, motivated, results-driven Sales Representatives to help grow our client base across California. You will focus on selling architecture, 3D scanning, and as-built services. This role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives on generating leads, closing deals, and owning the sales process from start to finish.


This is a remote role, offering flexibility in your working schedule.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, cold call, and conduct outreach to generate qualified leads

  • Schedule and attend virtual or in-person client meetings as needed

  • Present and promote our AEC service offerings to potential clients, including developers, architects, contractors, and property owners

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach and pitching to follow-up, negotiation, contract drafting, and deal closing

  • Track all activity in CRM and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions

  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align messaging and client onboarding


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • A true hunter mentality—persistent, self-starting, and focused on closing new business

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing presentation skills

  • Familiarity with or interest in the architecture, construction, or real estate industry

  • Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team

  • Must be based in California and available for occasional local field meetings
